Before Amber worked for GrowthForce, she worked in the construction, oil and gas, country club, apartment complex, and restaurant industries.
In Amber's free time, she likes to play board games, play with her dogs, spend time with family, and exercise at the beach.
She likes to volunteer at her county's Human Society & Harbor Children's Alliance on the weekends.
Ashley went to college at Stephen F. Austin State University where she graduated with a Business Administration degree in Marketing.
During her time at SFASU, she was in her universities chapter of AMA.
In her free time, Ashley likes to experience new things and try new bars in the Houston area. Her favorite hobbies include reading, playing with her cute cat Milo, and spending time with her family!
Crystal joined the GrowthForce team in 2019 after working at a bookkeeping firm in Tax Preparation. Before that, she was a teacher for 10 years and worked for Texas Workforce Commission for 7 years.
In Crystal's free time, she enjoys reading and watching movies.
Prior to GrowthForce, Ethan worked in a Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy as a compounding technician.
In Ethan's free time, he enjoys traveling, taking his dog Cooper to the beach, listening to music, and visiting with family and friends. It is on his bucket list to travel to Japan!
Jamie is a Texas A&M - Corpus Christi Graduate with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting.
Before joining the GrowthForce team in 2018, Jamie worked at America Red Cross and Aspen Pointe Behavior Health.
In Jamie's free time, she enjoys photography, running, reading, and spending time with Family!
She is also on a local swim team board.
Kelly joined the GrowthForce team in 2015. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, playing with her dogs and rabbits, and traveling locally to try new restaurants. She hopes to one day travel Europe, start a dog or rabbit rescue, and write a fiction novel!
Before GrowthForce, Krystyn was an office manager for a small manufacturing business in Spring, TX. Prior to that she was a Graphic Designer for a large tooling company in Houston, TX.
Krystyn loves traveling with my closest friends and spending time with family outdoors. She also love to DIY projects at home. Krystyn also teaches Sunday School for my son's class at church and volunteers as team mom for his soccer team.
Prior to GrowthForce, Leigh was a stay at home mom to her 3 children.
Spending time with my family and friends is pretty important to Leigh. She is very creative, and enjoys DIY crafts, painting, sewing or knitting.
Before GrowthForce Liliana worked for Comerica Bank for a year and a half. Prior to that, Liliana was an Assistant Manager for Cricket Wireless for 7 years.
Liliana enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, visiting the zoo and museums. Liliana previously used to be a translator for the World Outreach Center.
Mandy graduated from San Houston State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Finance Banking & Financial Institutions.
Mandy started her career in the banking industry in the Commercial Real Estate Lending field.
In her free time, Mandy enjoys traveling, watching her son play baseball, & spending time with her family and friends!
Marc joined the GrowthForce team in 2017. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and hopes to one day go skydiving and travel the world.

Marsha is dedicated to ensuring each new client is equipped to receive the full potential from their accounting system and GrowthForce team. As Director of Onboarding, Marsha’s focus is on the design, set up and integration of each client’s QuickBooks-centric financial system. During onboarding, Marsha creates a detailed documentation and workflow of the various accounting and reporting processes to guarantee a seamless hand-off to client services. Marsha has been with GrowthForce since the early days, and has built a solid reputation based on her extensive QuickBooks expertise, her deep knowledge of industry-specific key performance indicators, and her quick problem-solving and documentation abilities. Her vast industry and accounting software and applications experience comes from serving hundreds of clients in both onboarding and services over the last ten years.
When she’s not analyzing a client’s accounting system or researching new applications, Marsha enjoys practicing TaeKwonDo and boating at her parent’s lake house with her husband and two young sons.
Matthew went to college at the University of Houston where he earned a Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity in 2020.

Michal went to Louisiana Tech University, where she received her Bachelor of Science In Business: Computer Information Systems. After college, she received her Sandler Certification in Professional Sales Training.
Michal's primary purpose is working alongside companies to understand their financial needs, resulting in implementing a long-term scalable structure, including helping with profitability insight to enable them to grow or thrive!
Michal is a proven leader in driving revenue growth for new and existing business. She has great ability to work within all levels of a customer organization., as well as excellent leadership and presentation skills.
Michal has strength working with diverse groups in multi-cultural business situations.
She is a true team player with ability to multitask and cope with competing demands!
In her free time, Michal enjoys traveling, adventure-type activities (zip lining, hiking), and she enjoys speaking engagements!
Sabeen completed her BBA in Accounting at the University of Houston and then went on to pursue her MBA at University of Houston - Downtown. She is planning to pursue her CPA license in a few years.
Prior to joining GrowthForce Sabeen worked at CHAT, a dynamic non-profit in Houston that serves immigrants and refugees from around the world. Before that, she worked for Phillips 66.
In her free time, Sabeen loves to cook, try new cuisines, and travel. Some of her favorite activities include skiing, swimming, and going on nature walks.
She also like to spend time with family and friends. Outside of work, her preschooler keeps her occupied!
Sabeen also volunteers at local non-profits when given the opportunity. Over the years, she has been volunteering with Dar Us Sakina - a non-profit that supports special needs children & their families.

Before GrowthForce, Taylor worked for a bank where she was a personal banker and a trainer.
