What if I have a prospect for GrowthForce, but I want to make sure it doesn't interfere with my WO/WX sale

GrowthForce's goal is to help you close WO/WX, and where there's a fit, close GrowthForce. We never get in the way of a WO sale. You are the quarterback and we follow your call on when to bring us in. Sometimes it makes sense to close WO/WX first and then bring up GrowthForce. Other opportunities might need to take care of financial pain before they can sign on to WO. Many are excited that there is an alliance that takes care of both HR & Finance. It's always your call and we will always follow your lead.

What kinds of companies make a good fit for GrowthForce?

GrowthForce's ideal client profile is very similar to Insperity's. We target SMBs and Nonprofits with revenues from $1 - $50MM with a sweet spot of $2 - $20MM. That usually translates into 10 to 99 EEs. Our ideal industries are business services and nonprofits. We like businesses with a "Getting Better Agenda" and CEOs that see the value in Financial Intelligence. And… they need to be using QuickBooks as their accounting system, or be willing to switch to QuickBooks.

How do you work with clients?

We assign a U.S.-based, dedicated team of bookkeepers, staff accountant, and accounting manager who work from our service center in Kingwood, TX. They’ll communicate with the client in many different ways including phone, email, texts, Slack, and video conferencing, whatever works best them.

What accounting software does GF support?

GrowthForce clients must be on QuickBooks. We are experts in Intuit QuickBooks® accounting system design. We can get the most out of QuickBooks by leveraging its hidden features and integrating it with 3rd Party Tools and Apps that extend its capabilities.
