As Co-founder, James’ focus is on enriching the customer journey by shaping GrowthForce’s services, marketing and sales process to align with the customer’s wants and needs and deliver a ‘Wow Experience’ at every touch. He continually strives for authenticity between the sales process and the service offering to ensure the value GrowthForce delivers is a true match to the client’s needs, hopes and aspirations for the financial management of their business.
With over twenty-five years of experience, James oversees the sales and marketing, including branding, inbound/outbound marketing, and sales process development and management to create predictable, consistent revenue for the company.
While he is dedicated to constantly improving the prospect to customer experience, James prefers to surround himself in nature during his free time, and can be found hiking, biking, and downhill skiing.
