How It Works

To begin to interface two electronic systems, we start with a data element listing - a list of all the fields in each database. We then map one data field to its corresponding data field. Once the tables are mapped, then we run validation tests to identify what happens when there are exceptions. In other words, we follow a logical sequence to get your systems to talk directly to QuickBooks.

Once the systems are mapped, we define the business processes that are needed to ensure there is data integrity. Because this system is posting directly to your general ledger, we make sure you have validation procedures to edit the data,if needed, before it hits your books.
